Skeptic turned believer-
For months, I suffered bursitis pain in my elbow. I tried anti-inflammatory medications, creams, heat/ice, and elbow sleeves. Nothing helped. The pain was so bad that I even tried an arm sling to keep my elbow from moving. Again, there was no relief.
I was told about Ortho-Bionomy, and honestly, I was skeptical… VERY skeptical. How could it possibly help? But I thought, “Well, it couldn’t hurt.”
It’s been over a year since that one treatment from Fifi, and I have had ZERO pain. I can’t explain it, I don’t completely understand it, and sometimes I still can’t believe it. But I, the skeptic, will tell you- it works!

There are some souls you meet who mirror your own in a special way where healing can take place. Fifi is one of those souls. After years of medically necessary trauma, my body has been given the opportunity to breathe again. While many therapists will say you are your own expert and you know your body best, Fifi actually embodies this. After my most recent surgery, Fifi asked what I needed to make my recovery easiest for me. Shorter, more frequent sessions were most comfortable for me, and I never felt like I needed to justify my healing timetable. This turned out to be my best recovery!
